Instructions

All Bundu Pots are handmade and each item is unique with its own character; ideally suitable for table and oven use.

Important:

  1. The bottom side of the pots should never be subjected to heat shock.
  2. Owing to this characteristic of clay, no item should be placed directly onto a preheated oven stove plate, under a hot grill or into a preheated hot oven.
  3. Set oven at 180 degrees C or less.
  4. Place pot with food into cold oven and allow pot and oven to warm up together.
  5. The bottom side of all pots must at all times be covered with either water, gravy or food during the cooking process.
  6. Frozen food should be allowed to thaw to room temperature before cooking or baking.
  7. Warm pots should never be placed on cold surfaces.
  8. Handle all pots with care to prevent breakages. Pots are fragile.
  9. Bundu Pots can be used in the microwave or placed in the dishwasher.

Notice:

Please take note that colour, shape and size may differ slightly on items of the same range. This is because each item is individually turned on the wheel by hand and that temperatures might differ as different positions on the kiln during firing.
